    I really love the idea of food photo jounral It gives an idea and inspires me in the kitchen!But I really am confused with one thing! I just couldn’t help asking you.Really,.My brother, as your boyfriend, he is into fitness and actually a trainer, but I am really that confused because in my workouts he is always pushing me to do low reps with high weights, each exercise for about 5 sets.. About the weights.. I know women trainers who workout with weights but the opposite way: high reps/ low weighs and it’s so confusing.. I am not sure rather to do the way I am doing it or to make a change.. I stuggle with about 5 kg..I’ve watched you doing squats.. Please tell us more about your routine in the gym Please, please, make a post about your workout. It would be a life saver!!Light weight vs heavy weight?? Your blog is amazing and I am addicted to reading Fitness sphere!
